Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want you to be satisfied with our services. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for pujas, consultations, and product orders.
1. Pujas & Consultations
Cancellations requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund. Within 48 hours, a partial refund may apply as preparations and priest arrangements may have begun. Once a ritual or consultation has been performed, it is non-refundable.
2. Product Orders
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Refunds are processed after inspection. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Spiritual Tourism
Pilgrimage bookings follow the cancellation terms shared at the time of booking, as they depend on third-party travel and accommodation arrangements.
4. How to Request a Refund
